October 18-19: CHEROKEE NC: Cruise the Smokies Rod Run: 100’s of restored and enhanced vintage cars. Owners are on site to share information and stories about their vehicles. October 26th: Mobile, AL - The 10th Annual "Shirley Looney Memorial" Car Show will be held at Dauphin Way Baptist Church in Mobile, AL on Saturday, October 26, 2019. We always have a large assortment of antique, new and classic cars, trucks, hot rods and rat rods. Registration opens at 8:00 am. Entry fee is $20 if received by October 17, and $25 day of show. Awards include Shirley's Choice, Best of Show PLUS $250 Cash, People's Choice, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine, Top 30 and Sponsor Awards. Floats will be in contest to receive the prized 1st, 2nd & 3rd ribbons for best representing our theme.  After the parade, fun seekers can then expect a great day filled with a dunking booth, costume contest, pumpkin painting, an auction, co-ed softball tournament, a car show and oh yeah did I mention the FOOD! November 9th: LEXINGTON KY: 8TH ANNUAL BLANKETS & BLESSING REVIVAL RUN: Shelby’s Way has our upcoming 8th Annual Blanket’s & Blessing’s Revival Run. It’s our very last charitable event of the year and with everyone’s participation we are all able to Bless our homeless with new/used blankets and toiletry items. Our stops for the day include the Hope Center here in Lexington, the Arbor Youth Shelter and Franklin County Women’s Shelter in Frankfort, Kentucky. November 23rd: CHATTANOOGA TN: 5TH ANNUAL Chattanooga Cruise In Toy Drive: Join us for the 5th annual Chattanooga Cruise In Toy Drive, benefiting the Toys for Tots foundation. We're closing the streets and taking over local parking lots to provide plenty of parking for classic cars, hot rods, late model performance cars and much more. The event is free to the public, but we do ask that all participants bring a toy to donate to the cause. May 20-22: CHATTANOOGA TN: 20th Annual Chattanooga Chrysler and Imperial Meet: It is time to make plans to attend the 20th annual Chrysler & Imperial Meet.  Yes!  It's been 20 years and this will be the last Memorial weekend Meet, so don't miss it! As most of you know, this is a heavily Mopar-centric gathering, open to ALL Chrysler products and related makes AMC, Packard, Hudson, Packard and more.  This event is hosted by the Tennessee Valley Region of the Walter P. Chrysler Club.  Typically, there is a nice showing of Chrysler 300's, Imperials, and the like.
